Ability to view and edit automation workflows directly in the GHL mobile app — currently restricted to admin-level access.
Granting automation access lets Amanda make direct edits, which could break live workflows. Discuss: read-only access vs. full edit access. Recommendation: read-only first, then expand after she's comfortable with the workflow logic.
Update Amanda's user role in GHL Settings → Team Management to include Automations permission. Takes 2 minutes — can do live on this call if agreed.
Nurture sequence is now triggering correctly when a contact is added. The trigger is live and confirmed working.
The sequence currently has placeholder content. We need at least 9 more email bodies written before the sequence is patient-ready. Subject lines on all existing workflows also need to be updated — Amanda will show Bryce where on this call.
Who writes the 9 emails — Amanda drafts and Bryce refines, or Bryce writes from scratch using Amanda's tone? Agree on turnaround timeline so sequence can go fully live.

Pull up the headers in Canva together. Export in correct format (PNG, 600px wide). Drop into GHL email builder for each of the 3 confirmation email templates. Confirm render on mobile + desktop before closing.
