Full Agreement Terms

1. Service Timeline

All setup services completed within 48 business hours of payment and receipt of required information (legal name, SSN for EIN, date of birth and ID for BOI, desired LLC name and state). Website delivered within 7 business days of Setup Complete Call, contingent on client providing content. State processing may take 3 to 7 business days in some states.

Full refund within 24 hours of payment if no filings initiated. No refund once any government filing has been submitted. Government fees are non-refundable. Monthly management may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@emersonnorth.com.

4. Legal Disclaimer

Emerson North is a business formation facilitation and advisory service — not a law firm. The Operating Agreement is template-based and not a substitute for legal counsel. Consult a licensed attorney for complex structures or legal matters.

5. Tax Disclaimer

Emerson North is not a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent and does not prepare or file tax returns. Quarterly tax calculations are estimates based on reported income and are advisory in nature.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate information for all filings including legal name, SSN, date of birth, and government ID. Inaccurate information resulting in rejected filings may incur additional fees.

7. Confidentiality

All client information including SSN and government ID is kept strictly confidential and used solely for completing the formation filings. Not shared with any third party except as required by government filings.

8. Website

Includes up to 5 pages. Additional pages or custom features quoted separately. Client provides all content. Delays in content delivery extend timeline accordingly.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia.
